I tried to order 3 online (wouldn't let me order more than 3)
At credit card processing, it said there was an error.

Using a paypal debit card, I could instantly see they did a hold of $1 and
another transaction for $12.90.

So, I called. She said no problem and was 3 correct. I said I actually
wanted 5. So, she made it go through. Bamn, another 2x charges. ($1 and
$21.50) July 2nd

Then on July 6th, I got an email saying they are on backorder.

Checking now, I see ALL 4 charges showing as expired. Uhhhg

Time to call again.

I ordered one of those kits from TI. I figured it's hard to get hurt
for under five dollars and it'll be fun to play with. I got the notice
tonight that it's on back order. I'll let the group know when I
receive it.

My TI MSP430 Launchpad eval kits arrived today. The URL in the enclosed doc is wrong. You have to search the TI site for the correct one.

Hummm, I still haven't received mine.
3 weeks now.

I just called.
Turns out that orders are well backorders.

Chronos watch = 1-2 weeks back order.
MSP430 Kits are 6-8 weeks.

My order was on July 2nd. ETS (shipping) is end of August.
