Kenwood TM-V71 and FLDIGI CAT/PTT Setup

Can anyone please advise how to set up in FLDIGI CAT/PTT for the Kenwood TM-V71, SignaLink USB and WIN11? ?I am not sure which of the six FLDIGI Config-Rig Control options to use and what the settings would be. ?I use Hamlib on HF with my IC-7300 but it isn't working with the TM-V71.????? I primarily use the TM-V71 and SignaLink for Winlink VHF Packet.? Thanks, Dave/N3CKI
