Source for VNA Calibration Kit

Reading some documentation, it said such kits could be found for $10 or so. I've done
a pretty thorough search (I think) and can't find anything in that price range. I could
assemble a kit from scratch but a commercial kit like supplied with my nanoVNA
would be preferable.

Does anyone have a source for these kits?

Cheapest currently found on eBay (US $15.59) lack pigtails:

I have good experience with this eBay vendor for such:

watch this video and make your kit from raw materials (okay, the connectors are pre-fab):

FWIW, I mostly use BNC, "calibrating" with SMA-to-BNC pigtails
and an ancient generic BNC terminator...

I contemplate getting the ~US $15 DG8SAQ / SDR-Kits BNC calibration kit:

.. which claims to include calibration data..

It does include cal data info...for both my sma and bnc versions.
