Cheers, I've done some SCPI to a VNA - lots of SCPI to other instruments. It's the "CALC:DATA:FDATa?" but it doesn't come out as a s2p, necessarily - you'd need to try it and see - the manual says "comma separated numeric". - as I recall, it's basically a collection of lines with values - you need to know, a priori, what the span and spacing is. Or "TRACE:DATA?" There's an example in the Examples part of the manual above, called: NA Mode Setup This example shows how to: - Create a simple NA Mode setup with 4-window configuration - Set format, scale, frequency, IFBW, Averaging - Set triggering to Single - Read Data - Clear Averaging you might also look at:
