I am using nanoVNA-H
The product was purchased on Ali Express, and I thought it was genuine, but it was fake.

First of all, I am a Windows 10-64bit user.

What did you do to solve the problem
1. Install stm32080 driver - Failed to solve
2. firmware upgreade or downgreade - 2 out of 5 bricks (0.9.2 << became a brick, 0.9.3 failed to connect to usb, current version 1.2 but failed to connect to usb)
3. Cypress usb installation - failed
4. FTDI usb installation - failed

Is there any way to connect the fake product to the pc? Tried on win7, linux, and macos, but failed.

Unfortunately, if it's not genuine, can't it be connected to the pc?

Return it and get a refund. Then go to R & L Electronics and purchase a genuine one. Problem solved!!! PS... This is the very best advise ANYBODY can give you!!!

I have the same problem. Now I'm waiting for new one.
I able to upgrade firmware but not to use vna with app on Windows 10 or Debian 12.

I have check Core Isolation and it is OFF.
Many thanks. There are other driver that not permit activation of this protection.

- working update methods for me:

I have original devices, - I always like to use the STM32CubeProgrammer


One device (I think not important which one)
by the tray icon (same like usb drive) shows me: STM32 BOOTLOADER
- at the same time in Device manager: STM Device in DFU Mode (Yes, - I didn't mix up the description!)
- at the same time in STM32CubeProgrammer at port: No DFU detected...
but with the aplication; the FW upgrade working.

On the same computer one other device (I think not important which one)

- in Device manager also: STM32 BOOTLOADER
the STM32CubeProgrammer see at port: USB1
- then possible to connect, and making a FW upgrade
