from Aliexpress. They seem unable to handle American Credit cards.

Reading the description of the design, the designer has pushed to calculations to the host computer; the internal processor merely runs the generators/receivers/switching and collects data to send upstream. It is unlikely that there will be a version with an embedded computer and display.

To be fair, though, that does include Ali's insurance policy. I guess they all do given the value of the item, and the rate of loss of packages from China.
