I bought an H-4 from Maggie in February 2020. I don't use if often, but it was fine about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I put it away in its original box in a desk drawer.

Today I took it out but it hangs at the boot screen "...based on the edy555 design..." version 0.4.5.7 ... I have never updated the firmware.

It does not respond to any stylus input, nor rocker switch.

When I start try to use dfu-util, it reports dfu-util: Cannot open DFU device 0483:df11

What steps to take? (I use dfu-util under Linux)

Maybe the case deformation extrusion to the screen, try to loosen the screws.
