Much obliged for help exporting files #nanovna-saver

Dear Group, I'm trying to export the displayed data with nanoVNAsaver, but what I'm looking at as a text files (using the export to touchstone) is not what I'm seeing in the display. I'm deeply obliged for any advice, Sincerely, Carl in Ithaca NY USA

When you file export from NanoVNA Saver you do not get the display graph data.. It is a "touchstone" format file that only gives the S11 (.s1p) and S21 (.s2p) coefficients in complex real + imaginary form. You can import it back into Saver or another program like NanoVNA# to plot the graphs if you need to.

The only way to save the graphs is to right click and save them as a jpeg graphics file.

If you want to get the data vs frequency for parameters like SWR, impedance, return loss etc. you have to import into a spreadsheet and do the calculations yourself. There may be some other program that can import touchstone files and export them as other types of data files but I am not aware of any.
