I noticed uneven jump in nanovna swr plot using nanovnasaver with my laptop.
Is this related my 40m dipole antenna or nanovna device?

Looks like an oscillation !
Try again after inserting a 20dB damping element.....

Possible the very regularly spaced jumping up & down in plot is due to the live antenna bringing in a strong air signal even way outside the specific band you are sweeping ,, interfering with the small nanovna signal in its receiving functional circuits..
Agree with DG4EK 9:15 pm adding 20 dB attenuator or even 3 to 6 dB would reduce such interference significantly. However the SWR reading of the antenna would also be damped out & at 20 dB , one would read a pretty flat 50 Ohm SWR close to 1.x . Stay healthy my friends
