I look at those numbers entirely differently! I see ONLY 219 and I see his rating already dropped down to 97%! If I wanted to beat the competition I'd price it at say $35. I'll bet IF this comes as a working unit it'll be without battery, cables, etc! 213 of 219 ratings were positive.? I looked, complaints seem to be mostly shipping time.? I've had no real problems with guys like this - over about 1000 transactions.? So I don't shy away from a deal like this.? However, there is a guy listing an FY817 for $250 - he has been a member since January, has 1 transaction, and included no pictures.? I wouldn't touch that - even with a long pole.... :-)

More than likely it is a scam. I got taken by a similar scam just a couple of weeks ago. Ordered one from a seller in China for $19.99. He had a 99% positive feedback and was rated a top seller by ebay. Unfortunately, I think he built up his feedback on sales of low-value items and once he had established a reputation as a "reliable" seller, he started selling items in the 30-50 dollar range and of course, did not deliver. Ebay refunded me and his 99% feedback soon dropped to 49.5% (a score of -4).
