Battery won't keep charge after a few days of non-use

Anyone had this happen? My battery will charge ok via usb, but when inactive for a few days it will not boot unless plugged in to usb I measured the voltage when this happens and it's about 3.4V . Higher after it charges and the blue led stops flashing--- some kind of parasitic draw when in off state??? If I boot it 24hrs after full charge it's all good, just not after say 3-4 days it seems

There is a quality issue with the caps that were installed around the charge, inverter IC chip that causes the chip to not function the way hugen had designed.
Another forum member looked at the spec sheet and saw that if you momentarily pull pin 5 of the battery controller to ground through a 10k resistor, the chip turns ON. Doing this twice in a row turns it OFF.
My white Gecko version had this issue and I added the switch and it works every time now.
Other than that, hugen suggests the caps around the chip all be replaced.

thank you for that info, my old eyes aren't up to the task, so I'll live with it I guess
