When I right click on STM Bootloader in Device Manager and click on Driver Details, W10 responds that no driver has been loaded for this device. It is apparently recognizing the NAnoVNA in native form

try this, when in device manager and you see - dfu in bootloader -right click on it, it should change to stm in dfu mode. then good to go , from memory,
