Unless you use the nanovna-saver software and multiply the 101 points by N segments, having even more detailed information than the AA-600. Calibration via nanovna-saver from 50Hz to 30Mhz 101 points

With respect to the viewer focus. Have you tried it on any other display like a smart phone, TV or computer display; from what looks like a very cheap lens, it might be what you see is what you get.
