The nanoVNA Partner program also shows which firmware is on the device. You can also see the Battery voltage. All of this works under Windows XP and can be downloaded here:

I opted for NanoVNA-H_20191125.dfu not through analysis of the alternatives but simply because it was the latest version and was likely to be better than the old version I had. Joe
