Re: NanoVNA USB C connector is stuck
Be careful with the case fouling the connector when you are plugging in. I have had a lot of trouble with cheap

Well, it appears that both DiSlord and OneofEleven are making their own changes and releasing roms separately in this thread.?

unlike with most mobile phones, the NanoVNA-H4 (and presumably H) USB-C connector gives a click when a plug is inserted. It needs a little more force to uncouple than with a typical phone. That said, the USB-C connector is designed to be non-latching, unlike microUSB. Checking here, a straight pull with finger and thumb on the plug should release it. There is not much case clearance, so there is a possibility of the plug fouling the case, but it seems unlikely. More likely that the plug is tight. With mine, a quality (but not cheap) cable releases more easily than the supplied USB-A¨CUSB-C cable that came in the box. Whatever you do, leave the hammer in the toolbox, well away from the nanoVNA! 73, HTH, Stay Safe, Robin, G8DQX On 19/07/2020 16:42, Anne Ranch wrote:

Please be more specific - what Nanovna version (H, H4, F) and developer's firmware (DiSlord, OneofElevin, Hugen, etc) are you asking about? Thanks On Sunday, July 19, 2020, 4:44:42 p.m. EDT, Igor Jobim <igor.jobim@...> wrote:

Thanks - that makes capturing the screen by using a stylus much easier.

For screenshots, I had suggested the touch area over the battery gauge as it's not used right now.?
Actually, here's an idea - touch and release the battery gauge to show the percentage value momentarily or touch and hold the battery gauge to take a screenshot.? Can that be done easily? Thanks, Larry On Sun, 19 Jul 2020 at 2:25 PM, DMR<bryonikater@...> wrote: And yet, if it turns out to be done, so that screenshots are taken at once with one, separate button. BMP format. |

Ok, I'll revert it back to unlimited markers then. I need to add some marker editing options as you can't yet move them or delete them easily. I'll get there in time.
You mean LogMag S21 and VSWR together on one graph at the same time ? |

Which end is stuck - the PC or the Nano? Nanovna end:? Just wiggle it side to side carefully while pulling on it - no special pliers needed - BUT - be aware the socket is a surface-mounted part and you can break the whole assembly off the board with any twisting or bending! PC end:? Pull with pliers straight out - there are two small tabs on the socket that may be caught in the plug. I hope this helps. ,,,Larry On Sunday, July 19, 2020, 12:08:39 p.m. EDT, Anne Ranch <anneranch2442@...> wrote:

Use some pliers, but be very careful...... Officially you have to use a special tool with controlled torque. Jos Op 19-7-2020 om 17:42 schreef Anne Ranch: Hello, |
