Mike,
yesterday I spent my free time trying to install Wine, but it didn't work on Vanilla OS. I tried several emulators though.
Then I started a search and found the Twister OS 2.1.2 OS, which already has Wine built into it.
I had to configure it before when doing two additional installs.
After that, I placed NanoVNA-App-v1.1.211.exe in the Documents folder, which logged in fine on the first start.
