Thx.
We/our Philmont hams will Setup on the 21st and operate daily between (about) 8 AM MT to 5 PM MT. At, about 3 PM MT we¡¯ll rotate our TH3 beam around and catch our Dallas friends. However, we¡¯ll have other fixed wire antennas for contacts too.?
So help me with the Voacap info. We will have good Cat5 & WiFi Internet.
Email me at
kb5nft@... or call me anytime at 214-244-2100 or Facebook.
We plan on operating Hf, psk, DStar, Echolink, maybe WiresX and maybe DMR.

Sounds like you're in the correct place.? We are the ham radio operation at the WSJ.? Are you looking for some sort of scheduled contact?? If you get the Voacap data between your location and ours, we can work out details.? We're obviously not on the ground yet, not are antennas in the air, but give us until the end of the week and that will change. ?

Thanks for your reply! I was under the impression that this group was part of the WSJ planning team, I was directed to this group when I a long time ago asked for the ability to communicate with the WSJ using hamrafio from other scoutcamps. Sorry if I was asking questions to the wrong people.

I only represent the NA1WJ operations and am the moderator of this group.? What exactly are you looking for?? QSA means maybe something totally different to me.

@William Stearns, are you the official representative of the WSJ when it comes to the program involving international radio communication??
So far I haven't heard a thing of what possible ways to get a QSA from other scoutcamps and WSJ.
I like to have something official, does it exist?

Not sure how this specifically helps our operation at this point, but if you can get your state on the air to participate, it might just be the thing we need.
