I haven't done an altitude test. Really don't want to get in trouble with the FAA.:)


 

I know this is an old post, just thought I would add this pic of me using a spud gun to put up a wire antenna on field day 2003, that is correct, 20 years ago!


 

Very cool! I know my AirBoss easily went over my ~50' Blue Spruce tree....that thing is a bit scary, given that it's got a 4 oz lead weight on the end of the line. Definitely need to be careful where you point it...and who/what might be on the other end!
