Marty Janey wants to Thank all of you for your Prayers, Love and support during Lee's illness; you may not realize how much they are felt.
Lee is making improvements at the Rehab facility in New Brighten in the 2 weeks he has been there. He has recently been able to drink thickened liquids and mashed foods. Yesterday, for the first time, Lee was able to eat a lettuce chicken salad. Rehab is working on?strengthening his legs, hips and back so he can stand and eventually walk. His memory is improving a little at a time. He has been able to read the Newspaper online, play solitaire on the computer and surf the net. All this after being at Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire for 5 weeks not knowing anyone, where he was, unable to breathe on his own, or eat anything. I truly believe that through your prayers , Lee has been able to improve. Please continue to pray for Lee and myself and family. Also continue sending the cards, he reads them and smiles. Thank you again for your Prayers.? ?Marty ,Lee and family??

Siren Repeater off for now

Due to a constant barrage of DTMF tones from an unidentified intruder at 7:16am to 7:45am this morning, I remotely shut the Siren Repeater off temporarily. The intruder was causing DTMF noise throughout the BWRA linked system. I was able to faintly hear the intruder send DTMF codes from my QTH on the repeater input of 146.025 mhz. Stay tuned!

Lee McMahon (N0JOF) is in the Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire.? It is unknown exactly what is going on with Lee but he can't speak, is weak & confused and has tremors.? Doctors are checking for a viral infection; Lymes tested negative.? Prayers for Lee and his doctors to find a quick solution to Lee's problems and prayers for Lee's family during this stressful time.
