Power Calibration Table

Hi,

Is there a way to export an existing power meter calibration table to another computer/ Quisk installation ? I tried to copy mine from one json-file to another but succeeded only in messing up the QUISK setup. Obviously then json-file with a calibration table inserted was somehow corrupted. To clarify, I did this from WIN10-system into Linux Mint 19.2 - system.?

Hello Heikki,

There is no automatic way to move a power meter calibration table. But .JSON files are editable text, so you should be able to edit them. Be sure to copy both power_meter_calib_name and power_meter_local_calibrations to the target file.

Tks Jim,

My second attempt was successful, I did miss power_meter_calib_name during my first trial. BTW, the calibration table is quite long and seems to be extrapolated up to very high power levels (800+ kW in my case !). Is it possible to truncate the table at some lower level, e.g. 100W or so ???
