Quisk with Rasbian
I installed Quisk on a raspios-bullseye-i386 system. The default installed version is v.4.1.77 Trying to upgrade I ran in a terminal pip install --upgrade quisk. It starts to install v.4.2.17 then

Hi, I fixed the issue now. I found 3 version of Python so deleted them all and re-installed version 3.9.13. Then it works! Apologies for the trouble. 73, Hidehiko JA9MAT.

The instruction requires Python 3.8 or 3.9 or 3.10

Hello?Hidehiko, It looks like you are on Windows. Windows is trying to install Quisk and wxPython from the source code. This won't work. Please follow the installation instructions here (

I can verify that the PTT button issue in Linux is fixed (on Fedora 37). Thanks a bunch, this was one big blocker to my portable HL2 project :) -Heath KL0PC

Thanks Ben, Thought I installed all dependencies, but missed one. Now to get the Hermes to talk to Quisk! Tried to set the IP and MAC that I had in older version of Quisk, but no go on this version!
