Re: An audio start-up hitch in 4.1.77 running on a Pi 400

Jim,

With respect to the "ON" button behavior, I just this morning did an experiment that unexpectedly caused its behavior to change. While researching my hamlib rigctl problem, I re-installed 4.1.77 using PyPi. Now, the "ON" button comes up enabled, as before, but toggling it now does NOT cause a crash. Further, toggling it does cause the audio to start and run properly. Re-loading quisk is no longer needed to get audio running. I guess the crash behavior had something to do with the RPi OS or the pre-compiled quisk package, or how the RPi package installer worked.? Now, 4.1.77 seems to be working fine (albeit absent the new ZZAR command) requiring only an "ON" button cycle to run normally.
