When using the Zoom Meeting Registration functionality, you can get a list of registrants including their details. ·???????? And you can get reports on who attended your meeting – including time and duration of each login! ? I’ve tried it out, and will certainly be using this functionality going forwards. John Butler All Messages By This Member #22 I've extracted some details about meeting attendances, and noticed that you often get multiple entries for people at a meeting, which may be due to participants moving between breakout rooms being logged separately. Also (and possibly for a different reason) the total attendance figure stated is sometimes too high. ? So take the figures with a pinch of salt, and if you want an accurate analysis of who was there and for how long, you will need to do some extra work on the data yourself! Best wishes, John?? Andrew Aus All Messages By This Member #23 开云体育 There’s an option at the top of the reports page for ‘Unique Users’ or similar, which will then only show each user once. You lose the login time and date of each user, but at least that way you get an accurate number of participants. ? Best wishes, Andrew. ?
