Shared Zoom Accounts
开云体育Well one way is:
to define a Zoom session, recurring
meeting, no fixed time, with a link
and pass on the link to whomever needs
it.
This makes people can use the Zoom
meeting as defined. Only does not work in keeping unwanted people
out (then you need to change the password).
Not totally what you want, I guess, but it is a way to make more
use of one account without handing off username/passwords.
Another/different option would be to use a proxy server, so each
user can reach the Zoom account computer through the proxy. Or
through a virtual desktop/KVM/Teamviewer/VNC/Aeroadmin method
reach the one computer with the account. with kind regards

Thanks Henhenk. I'm not sure that will work for us though. I was hoping for a solution where the Region could buy a single subscription and then different meeting hosts, all unconnected, would be able to benefit.?

开云体育I understand.
My earlier idea was that Mensa Int.
would buy the overall license with 10-50 accounts. Mensa NL now
has a 10-account license, while perhaps max 3 concurrent sessions
is the absolute maximum. So better to have a central buy and let
all Mensas request a number of accounts. With the 10+ it is
possible to buy the license for max 300 participants so for most
Mensas it is more than enough. And smaller Mensas (or in areas
with a lower national income) could benefit to get a license for
less.
I shared my idea with different
national Mensas (here in Europe) and with a few members in the
international board. Hopefully one day we all could save money and
at the same time facilitate smaller Mensas. A group of say 10
members could serve as session-creators and assign a host/co-host
at the beginning (could be X hours before the actual start).
Just some thoughts on it
with kind regards
