I posted a while back with issues getting FLrig working properly with my FT-747GX. I gave up on it for a while and today I randomly decided to try again. I came across a group.io thread where Dave recommended adding "return true;" to the beginning of the bool RIG_FT747::check() method in FT747GX.cxx. See the thread here:
I did this and recompiled and I had a connection to the radio. However, it seemed to be constantly polling the radio and could not get any changes communicated from the radio to the computer or the other way around. I changed the polling intervall to 2000ms and it looks like I'm rolling!

Just wanted to help out others in the future. And who knows probably myself in the future too lol.
I think I remember coming across that post a few months ago. Have those findings been included in 2.0.05? When I tried 1000ms poll interval last night I was still having issues.
