Text in waterfall - FM Hell?

"k9ao" #209 I happened to be tuning across the digital portion of 20 meters last night and saw what appeared to be the trace of FM Hellschreiber. As I watched, after the normal Hell stopped, a waterfall text display of something like "FM HELL 105" appeared in small letters below and centered on the normal FM Hell trace. I wasn't able to get anything more, but wondered what software app it was that displayed this way? Rick Kunath
