Dear all, especially David,



I'm working on a log program dedicated to SOTA activations.



This uses the GTK-4 toolkit, and I'm in the middle of adding fancy features like

- Reading the position from GPSd
- Getting the nearest SOTA summit reference
- Getting the QRG from the rig using Hamlib

Things are started to work, but I now want to get data from Fldigi. The data I request are the following:

- Callsign
- QRG
- RST
- Op. Name

My question if there was an interface I can connect to from my log program? If so, are there any examples out there how to do that?

great, it's good to see that more and more loggers are available
on Linux! :)

yes, Fldigi has a good xmlrpc interface. I've already implemented
that for Tlf (and later HA5CQZ Zoli reworked).

For eg. getting the CALL from Fldigi is here:
