I had an issue with the 1000 Pro here a few months ago. I sent an email to LDG describing the problem and Dwayne got back to me within a couple hours (I think it was after hours if I remember correctly). Although there was no need for me to send the tuner in for repair, Dwayne worked with me to get the issue resolved. I would at least ask them about sending the tuner in for repair.

My experience was the same as na6mb's; I sent my LDG AT-100 Pro II back to LDG for service.? Turn around was fairly decent and they didn't charge me any repairs or bench time.
I have an excellent impression of the technical service. Today I replaced the PIC with the new firmware and the problem was solved. Thank you Dwayn so much!
