Y-ACC-2 Interface Cable

I need to connect an AT-100ProII Autotuner to a Yaesu FT-450F.? Nevertheless the Y-ACC-2 interface cable is not available.? Where can I find the wiring diagram and components list needed to build it?

Regards,

The wiring diagrams are in the files section.

Micky, thank you for your answer.? The files section has a lot of excellent information.? Nevertheless, I did not find the diagram of the Y-ACC-2.

Which tuner do you have? Which rig are you going to use??

Sorry I am a bit late to this thread and I have not read previous posts...

But in my tuner manuals there was the wiring diagram for the cable. I have a feeling that the cable you are after is probably very simple to construct from TRS mini plugs and a short piece of cable...

The tuner is an AT-100ProII.? The transceiver is a Yaesu FT-450D.? The interface cable that LDG sells for this combination is the Y-ACC-2.? At the tuner side the cable uses a 3.5mm stereo TRS plug.? At the rig side it uses a mini DIN-10 plug.? The cable has not been in stock for some months.

Go to "Files", "Current Product Zips", download "LDC Cables 2022.zip".??
In this is a PDF of the y-acc-2 cable showing just how you'd make one.? Order a 10pin DIN and some 3.5mm plugs and you're going to be set.

Good luck!

Hello everyone

So I also need to make this cabe for my FTDX10 / 200ProII. I downloaded?Y-ACC-2 CABLE.PDF and looking at it I see Wire Address table but it only lists Red end Black.
The TRS plug also lists 2 but there is no marking on DIN connector. Is it unused?

T-ACC-2 cable pinout:?
The 3.5mm TIP (_KEY) on the tuner goes to pin 10 (TX-REQ) on the LINEAR receptacle.
The 3.5mm SLEEVE (GND) on the tuner goes to pin 3 (GND) on the LINEAR receptacle.?
The 3.5mm SLEEVE (_START) on the tuner is not connected,?so you will have to press the button on the tuner to start the tuning process.?
The benefit of using the control cable is the transceiver TX-REQ signal will cause the Yaesu transceiver to reduce power automatically while tuning.?
The LDG tuner manuals warn to never apply more than 10 watts while tuning, otherwise arcing of the opening inductor relay contacts will wear them out fast.?

Typo: The 3.5 mm RING? on the tuner is _START, and is not connected.?

It looks like FTDX10 has 8 PIN mini DIN not 10. Would the pins be the same?
