Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Well if it¡¯s like my AT100, while transmitting a carrier, you can hold down the tune button for a few seconds and let go and it will try to get a better match and because of it¡¯s memory, it will

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Hi Pedro, Good thought; thank you, I had not thought about changing the set value. My SWR threshold is set at 1.7 and I cannot change it.? When I try, the 1.7 light flashes but it does not change.

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Terry, Not familiar with that Chameleon EMCOMM II, antenna had a look around and people seem happy with it. Did not find anyone saying they added a choke to improve the antenna. Have you tried it

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Hi Terry, I think you mush setup the threshold to the desired m¨¢ximum swr. You can check the procedure at page 12 of the manual. Regards Pedro Barcelona

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Hi Mike, Thanks for the hint; I'm not using an amphlifier in my current set up. Late yesterday I received the radio interface cable (IC PAC) & an extra coax cable. ?Today, I created a coax balun (21

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Hi, I'd like to add one thing. If you're using an amplifier turn off the Auto Tune feature. This will not allow the tuner to automatically tune at whatever power the amp is putting out. Mike KD9CK

To All Who Have Replied, Thank you.? Yes, I have the manual and I have it printed for easy reference.? And, I am using it. My version of the manual does say if one is not using the optional radio

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
I use the interface cable but for fine adjust I use RTTY reducing the power to 10watts aprox and ptt-ing with the mic.

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Hi Terry, I presume you did read the manual. The manual states you can use AM CW or USB but must modulate for voice. Also states run LOW power as when you first start tuning you may get a high SWR and

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Terry, You cannot use USB or LSB as there is no RF unless you are speaking and then it is not steady. Try again using AM, Steve, AI3KS

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
What do the instructions for the AT-1000 ProII say to do, pretty sure the unit needs a steady carrier to tune, at least mine does. That means not to use side band. John VE3KKQ

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Hi Steve, I'm keying the mic in USB and LSB modes (14.270 & 7.240)? My IC-7000 is set at 80% power. I have ordered the IC-PAC cable; it is suppose to be delivered on Tuesday.? In my area USPS hasn't

Re: AT-1000 Pro II High SWR
Terry, Are you also keying the 7000 in AM or RTTY mode with reduced power? The tuner needs RF in order to tune. You should hear relays chattering as it does. I have a 7300 here with an AT-100 and

LDG AT-1000 Pro II Remote Contro lSoftware + FWR / REF / PEP measurement.
Hello I usually operate my station remotely. That is why I am looking for a software for the AT-1000 Pro II, which allows me to operate the tuner remotely, but which can also display: A) direct power.
