We¡¯ve been retained to recruit a Director, Acquisitions and Investments by a HNW Family Office that has been built from a legacy of over 70 years with significant real estate holdings across a broad spectrum of property types. While they have some direct investments, the company¡¯s current strategy is investing as an LP, through a select group of operating partners.

?

ROLE

The Director will oversee all acquisition and investment activities including formulating investment strategy; forecasting; various demographic and market studies; establishing and cultivating relationships with investment sponsors, brokers, consultants, and other deal facilitators; building and maintaining the investment pipeline; financial analysis, underwriting; negotiation; due diligence; and closing transactions.?

San Antonio, TX (In Office)?

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field. ?
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate investments.
  • Experience negotiating deals for a diverse set of property types.
  • Experience conducting underwriting and performing acquisition duties.
  • Experience in direct, JV, and fund investing. ?
