Mentoring Opportunity for HRD, VPHR, etc. CHRO - Los Angeles area
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýEmerging People Leaders Roundtable ? As most of you know how much I love community building, I am excited to announce that I am setting out to create another. This one will be focused on newer HR executives in the Director, VP, and CHRO role. ? Many of you are very successful and seasoned professionals, but I am sure you can remember a time when you were thrown into the HR fire and had to sink or swim. After speaking with a few people from my network, I found that there is a need to offer guidance through community discussions to those who are in the midst of becoming one of those successful leaders. ? With this Roundtable I aim to assist emerging HR/People leaders grow confident in their role through collaborative monthly discussions with experienced leaders, Q&A sessions with top CHROs, and mentorship sessions throughout the year. ? If you know of anyone who might benefit from this type of Roundtable, I¡¯d love to connect with them. I am looking for HR/People executives who are new to a Director, VP, or CHRO level position, with preferably around 0-3 years of experience in that role. ? More updates to come with this group and keep an eye out for requests for speakers as I¡¯ll need some assistance from some seasoned HR vets! ? ?
