Weeping Saildrive Unit - New Lagoon 380

Hello,
I have a brand new Lagoon 380 with a minor weeping/trickle of water on the starboard saildrive housing (picture attached).

We have the Yanmar 3YM30AE engines with Yanmar SD-25 saildrives. Just had the boat hauled and will drop the lower unit to inspect shortly (warranty is covering this obviously), but curious if anyone else has had a similar problem. Want to make sure we identify the correct culprit and solve it before splashing her again.

Thanks!

If the alarm doesn't sound then the gasket itself seems to be OK.
There could be a small groove in the surface of the saildrive bed so the rubber can't fully seal. Or someone drilled in the sealing area.

I doubt you will see the cause without removing the upper half of the SD. That may require moving the engine a few cm forward, so its much more effort than the lower leg which is a few minutes to remove.
