L400 rot in forward anchor locker

Is this familiar to anyone with a L400? The board that runs across the anchor locker on my 2012 L400 is rotting. It appears insufficient fiberglass was applied and/or some water got under the glass causing the rot. I've heard that Lagoon warrantees this situation? Has anyone had experience or advice they would share? Thank you.?

I had this with a 380.? Just use marine ply, cut to size and epoxy over it (or use a two-part epoxy paint of your choice). The cut can be a little trick with the curves, but it's a relatively cheap and simple fix (in boat dollars).?

We found the same issue on a L400 we had under contract, so I think its not an isolated issue.?

There is thread on this issue on Crusier forum. You may want to check. Variety of cases. Ones without any damage and with considerable damage. In my case, i drilled holes as per lagoon instructions. As this leaves still 2L of water inside, installed simple drainage that keeps the area virtually dry. There is no damage as issue detected early. Just rechecked after 3 years and all in pristine condition. So no need for intrusive fixing. Check if any damage on front bulkhead, where watertanks are attached. If yes, you have bigger problem that will require repair, ideally under warranty.?
