This is a well known problem I had my shelf completely replaced cost all paid by Lagoon, as were other owners. Regards Peter

Hi Bruce,

? ? ? ? ? ? ? I believe this issue is a free modification for all L400 owners, I guess up to a particular build number. I have an L400S2, hull number 443.

?I had the drainage modification carried out in Greece before returning to Spain. It is a simple mod. I was quite staggered by the amount of hidden water that drained out, it must have been draining for at least 15 minutes. I was originally notified by the agent that sold the Catamaran to me and it was issued by Lagoon.

We installed 6 underwater lights. 12v and all

Is needed is a small hole for the wire. 4 screws and a whole lot of 5200.?

They were purchased from amazon (USA) online for about $60 each. They were flush mount and look amazing. Middle of the ocean with no ambient light turn them on and there is about a 60m blue glow around your boat. Great for safety reasons too if u need to bring attention to your self ( which we did with fishing boats in Pacific)

Very easy to install and u can put a box on the line to adjust frequency and so change the light colour. They have an auto cut off if they get too warm. In case someone turns them on when u r on the hard stand.?

Four forward under tramps and two aft in line with the rudder about 4 inches below water line.?

Attracts lots of fish too!!!

Best luxury purchase for our boat.?

Made from stainless steel unistrut, bolts , clamps, and angle brackets. All from Fastenall(sp?). 10 years ago and never modified since except for adding a support for wind generator and satalite weathe receivers.?

Exactly my plan. I think people are somehow missing the best way to increase power on board = add lots of lithium.

Then batteries will take all solar there is. Currently, I see batteries full by 11am and all that extra 7 hours of sun gets completely wasted on sunny day.
