Did you taste it yet? What are the ingredients? Aunt Lonie

Only in Vermont
A shoutout to Laura! I found this jelly at the food pantry I work at. It was deemed inappropriate to give to a client so I made a donation for it. I never thought I'd see beer jelly. Steve Ruggieri

Re: Barcelona, Seville & Rome Booked
Hey Pete, In case no one else tells you, it's best to grab any sleep you can on flight to Spain. Once there do not take a nap. Try to stay awake until it's bedtime there. Your body will adjust quicker

Communication on trip
Pete. Spanish, English, Italian..... no problem. Many Italian clerks, waiters, etc love to practice their English and tourists like to practice their Italian. Result? All parties have a good laugh.

Re: Barcelona, Seville & Rome Booked
Sounds wonderful, Pete, and a bargain. Unfortunately, I will probably have left Rome before you arrive. Once my plans are solid, I'll let you know if there's a chance to meet somewhere. Would be fun.

Re: Lion
I have seen clips of the movie on TV. I didn't know it took place in India. Thanks

Lion
We saw the movie Lion yesterday. It was a very powerful and moving story based on a memoir. Lonnie, I couldn't stop thinking of Eapen while watching the scenes of his homeland. Steve Ruggieri

Pete On my first trip to Italy I was privileged to have Both Lonie and Elaine as my guides. I learned so much and we managed to navigate the countryside in our rental car. The cities and toll roads

Re: Rome, Barcelona and Seville
It's all fantastic! Rome, the eternal city. Big statue of Christopher Columbus by the port in Barcelona (best I've seen). And, yeah, see the opera while you're in Seville. It's funny.

Re: Rome, Barcelona and Seville
Pete. You don't have to speak Italian. Hotel clerks, waiters, etc. love to practice speaking English with you and since you both speak Spanish you will easily pick up Italian phrases you need. Aunt
