Hello all.

I have a WS-2357 weather station and my wind cups need replacement. Does anyone knows where i can get a replacement part? or an equivalent one?

1.? The obvious:? call or email Lacrosse.? I would try calling first.? Phone number is on the LC website.? Email form is there, too.

The WS-2357 is obsolete (it's not listed on the LC website) so this needs a call.? The exact same cups are probably made for many other models but they are best to know which models and if they have replacement cups and at what price.

Here is a picture of the wind sensor group on the 2357 showing the style of cups employed:



2.? Tell us why they need to be replaced.? Be specific.? A picture is best if there are just cups broken off.? This is so we can tell if you could get by temporarily with a makeshift cup.? If missing cups do you still have them?

Hi and thanks for the reply.

Those are the cups.I have looked for the same kind but i'm not sure if they fit.? Do you have any that may work? They have to be attached to the device and that makes a diference.

I'll post a picture later but i can say that one of the cups was bronken, probably because of too much wind... and it doesn't rotate well. It gets stuck sometimes. I've tried to glue it without sucess.?
