Running win 10
Load.exe says can not find msvcr100.dll
any help appreciated

The dll file should be in the download folder. Is it in the same folder as the exe file when you run it?

That’s odd as it is in the download package. I’ll have to check with the LA-1K technician.

For what it's worth, running windows 10 here as well and no problems updating firmware. I would just like to know what improvements are in the latest update.

Hello,
The most recent firmware is 1.02B. Perhaps, you were thinking 1.01C. This revision, 1.02B is the most recent.
I have tested the download and in order for it to work you must:
1) extract to a folder of your choosing (like on your desktop);
2) run the LOAD_LA-1K.exe in the same folder as the two DLL files, BSL430.dll and msvcr120d.dll.
I'll send a full summary of the firmware revisions in a subsequent email.

Did you extract the zip file first?
The only way I have been able to reproduce this error is if the zip file was not extracted.
