The fan noise when it’s idle or the fan noise when it gets warm?

?

Has anyone tried putting any sound deadening in top of the cabinet to help with fan noise?

Interesting, I got a very different answer.

"Nothing we can do, you might be able to put some gauze on the side of the PA to reduce the noise". Mine isn't under warranty. I am not impressed, you can probably tell.

My amp is less than a year old. Love it. It does have what I call a high pitch chirp or squeak sound at idle. Sits close to me so very annoying. Sounds better at high speed believe it or not.

Factory told me these are different fans than originally used. Possible to change low speed with resistor mod. Mine is still under warranty so cannot do myself. Don’t want to send it in right now, so opted to endure. I got used to it.

Contact factory for precise details.
