Printing PCB - is it possible to suppress the copper pours ??

You can turn off the copper for the pour layer, but that hides the tracks as well.

This would be very useful - is there any way to do this (other than by deleting the pours before printing, my current work around) ???

Regards,
Dave

Pretty sure you can disable any layer via the appearance manager in PCB Editor (Right hand side, objects tab) and select "print according to objects tab".

I looked there and there is not a separate layer for the "pours".

and I cannot see a? "print according to objects tab" anywhere.

I am using "Version: (5.1.12)-1, release build"

Sorry, I am using 6 but I think it is the same. Look for zones.

On left side panel you can switch between "Show filled areas of zones" and "Show only zone boundaries".

Appearance sidebar > onjects tab

select / deselect zones

When printing DO NOT refill zones when asked.

These instructions work for V6 but not for V5 as far as I can see.

Time to upgrade ...

Thanks anyway.

I've been using version 5 for several years, but just installed version 9. In version 5, I can print without the fills, for example:
?
?
Can't seem to do it in version 9 even though the fills are turned off in the sidebar.
?
I find this format is good when documenting my projects. Any help would be appreciated!

Ignore my previous post! I just tried on version 5 again, and it has the same problem; can't eliminate the fill zones.?
?
But I found a workaround! If you temporarily remove the fill zone outlines, you get this:
?
?
Hitting Ctrl-Z twice will restore the fill zones.

Deselect ZONES in Appearance->Objects then select the option shown in the print menu.

Works for me under V8 and V9

Dave

Exactly, this is the solution.
