Libraries
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHello Where can I find one or more component libraries for Kicad in which I will have 3D resistors with value rings?
And also a 555
circuit with the manufacturer's reference and logo?
Thanks for your help

I don't know that you will find the items you are looking for. I don't
think there is a way to make the rings on the resistor change to match the value (which I think is what you are asking for), and the chip is a generic chip body that is used for any 8 pin DIP chip, so won't have any markings on it. The 3D representations are there for visualising how the components are going to fit on the board, and allow export to other CAD programs for mechanical fit checking, not to be an absolutely exact representative of the individual items. DigiKey has a library. Not sure if it has everything you need.

years ago i saw people create them and make them available. one of the nicest was by someone in Italy (don't have link). but while this does look neat, it is just not practical since footprint of each resistor would need different 3D view. and since there are many shapes and sizes of resistors, this is just insane... to really make it work, one would need to have some automation (script or similar) to change 3D views for the footprints automatically. without this, it is too much effort and only doable for very small boards.?

Hello. This is what I got by kicad: Professional? Maybe something more...
