D star repeater

Wylie Fowler All Messages By This Member #981 Hello, my name is wylie (K1GIF) I am in the Philadelphia area and am trying to connect to the k3pdr D star repeater, is it still online and active? I have not been able to connect to it and am not sure if it is on my end.
