Hello everyone!
My oldest son, who is a serious introvert and has a mild form of autism, is working on a project for his high school involving having to create a small business idea, setup a business plan, acquire needed tooling, design a specific product, and then try to attract customers, all while recording the various business and financial records and such to prove the idea can sustain itself.
He has chosen 3D design and printing. His first product- ham callsigns!
If you'd be interested in having him produce a callsign display for you, please let me know. He doesn't have much confidence in regards to what to ask for them cost wise, if anything at all. He's managed to figure out it's a couple of dollars of raw material/equipment costs per callsign. I've been trying to convince him of the need not sell himself short as far as the work he has to put into it to design them in CAD, program the printer, the various other overhead costs involved, and to look forward as far as keeping the project sustainable.?
So he has finally decided on a price of one for $10 or two for $15. I'll attach some images for examples. He currently can make them in blue, red, black, or white. The white ones can be nicely painted using acrylic paint.
Let me know if you'd like one!

Thank you, Charlie! He's already getting the printing started for yours.
Cyndi, there's actually four different fonts that this?CAD software?he is using will generate. I'll ask him to make some examples with each font and I'll send pics.
Thank you all for your support; he is definitely?coming out of his shell for this!
