The Hogback DMR Repeater has been put into service!!
I've
provided a screenshot below from the Anytone CPS software.?
I've highlighted the most important parts for talking to the
repeater.
Time
Slot 1 can dynamically join various Brandmeister talk groups.?
We are not connected into the TGIF network.? Only
Brandmeister.
Time
Slot 2 has our local KBARA talk group of 313876.? You won't
find that talk group listed anywhere as it's not an official
talk group but instead our repeater ID.? It's what was
recommended to use for a local talk group without having to
officially register one.? You just program it in, and it
should work.? We have tested it.
Here
is a link to some information about the repeater: ?

Good luck!

Our pleasure.?
Terry (KA6DNO) was with me on the hill today.? Couldn't have done it without him.
Thank you to Jim (WO7V), James (KJ7UPY) and Chuck (KJ7KWR) for assistance with testing.
Here's the rack after the installation.? Terry and I installed a new fused power distribution panel while we were there.? That will make things safer when adding, changing or doing equipment maintenance.
Yes, the GMRS repeater is crooked.? LOL.? I meant to fix it but forgot.? I'm headed to Hogback with Dale Beaty on Saturday.? We'll fix it then.

callsign. I've been trying to convince him of the need not
sell himself short as far as the work he has to put into
it to design them in CAD, program the printer, the various
other overhead costs involved, and to look forward as far
as keeping the project sustainable.?
So he has finally decided on a price of one for $10 or
two for $15. I'll attach some images for examples. He
currently can make them in blue, red, black, or white. The
white ones can be nicely painted using acrylic paint.
