This is a graphical bug in JAVA (or maybe some sources of java), when running of Windows, for some Windows display settings, with some JMRI panel "Label" font settings_in my experience_. It is no, not in my experience from a JMRI problem, though!

If you change the Windows display "scaling" setting to 100%, JMRI doesn't have a problem (on my machine). But with the Windows display "scaling" setting at 150% or 200%, I have problems with the "elipses" (i.e. "Partial-label ...") showing up.

The best way I have found to "solve" this, for various fonts and various font sizes is to change the "Fixed Width" to be a little bit larger than the number of pixels that are required to display the text.

In "Panel Editor", I add the Label, then right-click the Label and select "Edit Text Content & Settings". Then I increase the "Fixed Width" setting until the full text shows up in the "Preview" window, without the elipsis. And then update the panel. And repeat on any other Label on the panel that has an elipsis.

In "Layout Editor", I "right-click" aLabel with elipsis. Then select "Margin" then "Set Margin Size". Type in a margin and click "OK". If that doesn't work, increase the margin again and check. Repeat until you have the size "right". And repeat on any other Label on the panel that has an elipsis.

I do not use "Control Panel Editor", so cannot give recommendations with that tool.
