Locked Remote panels connecting to Web Service display turnout states but will not control them

JMRI version 4.17.4 (used this because loco buffer does not work on 4.16)
Windows Pro 10 64bit?
Lenovo Intel i5, 32GB Ram

Got a new computer.? Old system was running on shared version of Drop Box. Old version was 4.11.3
Got new system installed.? All connections work to run layout from base computer. (turnouts, locomotives, etc).
The remote panels (there are 5 of them, 4 android, one windows based) all exhibit same problem
They display the layout screens.? When turnouts activated from main computer the turnouts on the remote panels change state.
The remote panels will not control (throw) the turnouts.

Gerald,
What path are you using in the browser to access the web panels, does it contain /panel or /frame ?

192.168.1.230:12080/panel/layout/Magic%20Yard

Did the old version also use /panel or did it use /frame?
What version of which browsers are you using?
You should also post your panel somewhere and I can give it a try.

The old version used /panel.
I am using 1 windows 10 computer with the latest version of Chrome.
The other panels are androids using chrome.
I have about 4 panels that I use regularly and they are all exhibiting the same problem.
I will post one of the panels tonight after I get home from work.

Put the layout file in a new folder called "Layout panel will not control turnouts".
File name is East_West_Panel.xml
Android pads are using Chrome Version 77.0.3865.116

Thanks,
Gerald Burdick

Gerald, thanks for sharing the panel file.

I loaded 4.17.4 on my demo server and loaded your panel file. In? 77.0.3865.120 on Windows 10, clicking on turnout circles does cause the change to be sent as expected and the response received, resulting in new turnout position in the web panel and the JMRI panel. So I'm not seeing the behavior you see.
?
Please try using one of your Android browsers to access your panel from my demo server, such as??and advise results. This may help narrow down the problem, as I'm not sure what's up.
