Locked Logix Selection problem

O/S Win10
PanrlPro 4.15.6+Red1ceb2
DCC system Digitrax Zephyr Express for accessory control, Zephyr for Detection, Gaugemaster (MRC) Prodigy 2 for loco control

I'm trying to build a logix table for a non DCC controlled turntable (Hornby) where if a a sensor shows that the TT has reached a certain leg then a signal will change from Danger to proceed if the TT is not occupied, but i don't want the block itself to show occupied if the TT is not occupied
Set Block York TT 7/8 to occupied if York TT is occupied and York TT 7/8 sensor is active else set block to unoccupied.? Logix can sort that out if I could get the pick list.
The problem I'm having is that no blocks are showing up in the Logix Pick list for blocks, and that the Action Group is showing OBlocks rather than blocks.

Another very slightly irritating thing, is that depending on what action you are trying to do, items will appear in different positions in a list even if the same order is requested.
E.G. in Blocks BB comes before BT which comes before Bo Easy as capitals come before lower case in Ascii. but when trying to use a pick list the order is BB then Bo then BT as though the order is done on all lower or uppercase characters.
Any ideas?

Blocks are not directly supported by Logix. You have to use the assigned sensor to represent the block in Logix.
