Can‘t Connect WiThrottle with PanelPro WiFi server

I have a good connection either the Internet, and all other Apps on my iPhone function.? When I open PanelPro a window opens that indicates the server is listening on a certain IP address which has functioned in the past. This failure is new.? what‘s up? Ed Nowicki
