Locked Customizing A Throttle Configuration
I am having issues trying to customize / save throttles, and am finding the JMRI documentation to be a little confusing.
Basically what I have done is modified some function mapping for one of my roster entries and saved the configuration.? When I open the throttle for that entry the button names still reflect the old function mapping.? OK, fine.? I go to Edit mode, right click the button properties and change the name.? I keep doing this until I have everything the way I want it and exit Edit mode.? I then go to Save Current Throttle and exit.? When I reopen the throttle for that entry however it reverts back to the old mapping. Can someone tell please me what the proper procedure is for customizing and saving a Throttle configuration? Thanks Gary |

You need to Edit the Function Labels Pane for the Roster Entry, not the Throttle Configuration.

You edit the Function Labels for a Roster Entry by selecting it and using the Labels and Media Button, saving your changes. Or, if you have Preferences->Roster->Roster->Format set to "Advanced", the Function Labels Pane will be there every time you open a roster entry for programming. -- Dave in Australia On 30 Dec 2018, at 1:38 AM, CMMR <peneltons@...> wrote: |
