Locked Lokprogrammer of ESU

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

Hello

I would like to use decoderPro with the "lokprogrammer" interface of ESU. Is it possible ? I only see "USU ECOS" in the list ...
thank you for your reply

Gilles,
Lokprogrammer is its own stand alone programming? device and requires the LokProgrammer software to function.
It is not capable of interfacing to Decoder Pro. Lots of proprietary dragons inside that device.?
After you load a project into a LokSound decoder using LokProgrammer, you can then switch to decoder pro to massage the cv programming to your liking and to store your roster information.? Or, you can do all the cv programming with the LokProgrammer device and not use decoder pro at all. I use both so I can gave my locomotive rosters all stored and usable in a common place.?
But Decoder Pro and LokProgrammer dont work together.

You can export a CV List File from LokProgrammer (Tools menu).

You can then import that List File into your currently-open DecoderPro roster entry. (File menu)->Import->LokProgrammer CV List File.

A lot quicker than using your DCC system to Read All CVs. Your DCC system is limited to the relatively slow NMRA Service Mode protocol. ESU's LokProgrammer uses a proprietary very fast protocol (and they have no intention of sharing it with us).
